I had an ‘Aha’ moment yesterday when Jim said something about being stuck. I am not stuck but think I am. The reality is I always pushed through fear and used it as my fuel to go after what I want. I know once I make a decision of something that I want, there is NO stopping me... l am fearless!
I am not stuck, just resting and exploring something that I am being gravitated to that feels right and that's totally fine. I want the next path to be something that is authentic to me and not pick something out of necessity to survive. I don't need to have all the answers now. There's quite a lot l've been noticing and notating emanating from both within me and outside myself. First, the meditation and image of dropping it (baggage, stories, past history) has really hit home.
During our meditation, I saw myself from the back, holding two very heavy pieces of luggage/bags that I saw myself drop. When you took me through that, I immediately felt a physical release in my body. A lifting. A lightness of being. The visual was incredibly impactful. In fact, I've been seeing it and imagining it in my mind as I drop the bags over and over again. It feels great! And I can feel it in my body, which is really nice! It really resonated!
